Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Согласие с условиями / Acceptance of Terms

Используя приложение Aloma, вы соглашаетесь с данными Условиями. Если вы не согласны, пожалуйста, не используйте Приложение.

By using the Aloma application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. Apple App Store Terms (EULA)

This section is required by Apple for App Store distribution:

• Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that this agreement is between you and Aloma LLC, and not with Apple. Aloma LLC is solely responsible for the Application and its content.
• Scope of License: The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.
• Maintenance and Support: Aloma LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.
• Warranty: Aloma LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
• Product Claims: Aloma LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims related to the Application.
• Third Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you.

3. Подписки и платежи / Subscriptions

Aloma предлагает подписки Premium Monthly и Premium Annual. Платежи обрабатываются через ваш аккаунт Apple ID. Подписка продлевается автоматически, если вы не отключите ее как минимум за 24 часа до окончания текущего периода.

Payments are processed via Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the period ends.

4. Ограничение ответственности / Limitation of Liability

Приложение предоставляется «как есть». Мы не гарантируем достижение определенного уровня владения языком, так как это зависит от усилий пользователя.

The Application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
